Who is responsible
Data processing is handled by Fragor Studios, [registered company name to be completed], CUIT (Argentine tax ID) [CUIT to be completed], with registered address at [address to be completed], Argentina.
For any privacy matter, write to fragorstudios@gmail.com. A person answers, not an automated form.
What data we collect
The site currently has no server of its own and no database. No form stores what you type: the quote is built in your browser and ends up in a WhatsApp message or an email that you send. If you write to us, we have whatever you put in that message and nothing more.
Two things are saved in your browser's local storage: the light or dark theme you chose, and your answer to the cookie notice. They stay on your device, they travel nowhere, and you can delete them from your browser settings.
The hosting provider logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, date and time, and browser, as any web server does. That keeps the site running and helps detect abuse.
If we ever turn on measurement, aggregated usage data would be added: pages viewed, where you arrived from, which buttons get clicked. That only happens if you accept it in the cookie notice, and this page is updated first.
What we use it for
To answer your questions and prepare a quote.
To keep the site looking the way you left it and to avoid repeating the cookie notice on every visit.
To know whether the site is working and to fix it when it is not.
We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not send email you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
With the hosting provider that runs the site, which processes the technical data of your visit on our behalf.
If we turn on measurement in the future, with the analytics tool we use and, possibly, with advertising platforms. This page will name them before anything is switched on.
Several of those providers are based outside Argentina, so data may be stored in other countries. We choose providers that rely on recognised data protection frameworks.
Beyond that we share nothing with anyone, unless required by a court order or a competent authority.
How long we keep it
Email and WhatsApp conversations are kept for the length of the commercial relationship and up to five years after it, which is what Argentine accounting and tax obligations require.
Whatever your browser stores stays until you delete it.
Technical logs follow the hosting provider's own policy, generally a few months.
If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data gives you the right to access your data, correct it, update it and request its deletion. Access is free once every six months, unless you can show a legitimate interest in asking sooner.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for that law, and you can file a complaint with it if you disagree with our answer.
If you visit from the European Union, the GDPR additionally gives you the right to restrict processing, to object to it, and to receive your data in a readable format. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
To exercise any of these rights, write to fragorstudios@gmail.com telling us what you want and from which address you contacted us before. We reply within ten calendar days.
Changes and questions
This text describes how we work today and does not replace legal advice. We will update it whenever something real changes, such as forms that store data or measurement being switched on, and the date above tells you when that last happened.
If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise a right, write to fragorstudios@gmail.com.
